I was the kid full of creativity and big dreams. I went to business school in hopes of building a job and life that I love, and now here I am at 24 travelling around the Maritimes as a full time wedding photographer - and I couldn’t be more excited about it!!
Through digital, film, and Polaroid photos, I document quirky romantics & sentimental souls that want to preserve their story in a way that feels uniquely them so that someday they can reminisce back on life’s sweetest moments rather than just posed smiles.
I love to thrift shop, drink tea, reminisce, and make lists. My friends and family call me quirky, and I guess they would be right.
A trip to Clay Cafe, a dinner of some kind of pasta (with cheese, obviously), a sunset walk to follow - and then a trip to the movies (preferably Marvel - with a large popcorn and M&M's). The perfect date always ends with stargazing in the hot tub with a glass of white wine. * Chefs Kiss *

why i love photography
There is something so special about freezing a moment in time to save for later - to proudly decorate the walls of your home with the most cherished memories of your life, to thumb through loved images that tell the story of the person you were, who you became, and all the people who have ever meant something to you. Life is a gift so special it deserves to be documented.
YOUR WEDDING DAY IS SPECIAL TO ME.
For this reason, I take a limited number of weddings per year to ensure my couples are getting my best work, and a rested photographer on their wedding day.
I'm now booking for 2023 and 2024 weddings and elopements.

how i got started with photography
My mother got me a Polaroid camera when I was in grade one, and I cherished more than anything in the world (I still have all the photos). A few years later, digital cameras were more common and she got me a hot pink point and shoot - and I took it upon myself to take photos of everyone and everything. I saved all my birthday and Christmas money to print every single photo I had taken every 6 months or so at Walmart: elementary school Hannah held up the photo kiosk line for hours without a care. On my sixteenth birthday, my mother gifted me the first DLSR camera I would ever use, and my grandfather taught me to use it. I began to take professional photography seriously while in university: the rest is history!

Drew is my high-school sweetheart (grade 10!!), and personal photographer / professional bag carrier. Drew joined the military after high-school (he literally left the day after graduation) so we had to be pretty good at long distance for a while and it makes us appreciate the life we've built together so much more. I would have never pursued this dream without Drew's support and encouragement. Drew's love is the golden standard for me, and I feel so lucky to have him in my life.

Minnie came into my life as my first born daughter. By the time the vet informed me I actually had a son, he knew his name too well to change it and I believe that’s why he’s annoyed 99% of the time.
Our Blue boy aged me 10 years in our first 2 months together but he’s turned out to be the sweetest, silliest angel that I could not imagine a day without.
Pearl is the newest addition to our little family. She's my spunky little snuggle bug that spends her days wrestling with Minnie and her nights curled up with us on the couch.
